Kardio TaeKwonDo takes some of the very same techniques,
modifies them slightly, and puts it all to music. A typical class is
45 minutes of medium to high impact cardio workout, followed
by a 15 minute cool down of streching and / or self defense.
Since it's inception more than a year ago, our Kardio class is
more popular than ever. And the best part is anyone can do it!
